About the Company
SeeStation™ was created in 2002 as a CCTV Manufacturer that provided Surveillance DVR/NVR/Hybrid Recorders. As the company grew, cameras, UTP audio/video/data transmission products and other accessories were added. SeeStation™ is a Distributor Friendly Manufacturer with High Quality, Low Priced CCTV Solutions. We have become large enough to get Great Pricing and yet are small enough to offer Superb Personal Service & Support our clients have grown to expect.
All SeeStation™ Products come with a Minimum 1 Year Limited Warranty on Parts & Labor. All DVRs and most cameras carry a 2 Year Limited Warranty. Our Technical Support Specialists have many years of Experience in IT, Security, CCTV Surveillance, Broadband, Broadcast Video, Custom Audio/Video and RF Distribution. Our support team is easy to work with and is only a phone call away. Should a DVR/NVR issue arise, our Technical Support offers Remote Login, which Greatly Reduces the need to return products for Diagnosis and Repair. If the problem is Hardware Related and must be returned for repair, we're centrally located in Tulsa, OK and have a 24-48 hour turn-around to get our clients' Surveillance Systems back up and Operating Efficiently, without any unnecessary delays. We are also one of a Select Few Facilities in the U.S. with the ability to Repair and Upgrade not only our products, but a wide variety of other PC/Windows Based DVR/NVR Brands.
